Cookie Depositor Machine QUATROMAX, TRIOMAX, DUOMAX, MAXDROP

This is professional equipment designed for operation in a production line, ensuring reliable and efficient dough forming.

The machine forms cookies directly on the tunnel oven conveyor. When using a guillotine, it has its own conveyor where the cookies are cut before being fed into the oven.

QUATROMAX Premium

QUATROMAX Premium is a high-precision depositing machine with servo drives and Mitsubishi Motors components. It is equipped with 7 servo motors, each with independent control.

Dual Dosing System

Both dough hoppers are equipped with two different shaft systems:

  • First set feeds the dough to the center of the head and into special slots of the second set of rollers.
  • Second set precisely doses the dough onto the tunnel oven belt, increasing accuracy and production efficiency.

Additional Features

The machine can work with various types of dough and fillings, thanks to specialized heads and mechanisms:

  • Separate head with pump rollers – for liquid and semi-liquid fillings.
  • Dough flattening roller – for creating unique shapes.
  • Stamping and pressing mechanism for filled cookies.
  • Diaphragm – for cutting and shaping dough with fillings into balls or bars.
  • Wire cutting – for creating cookies in various single- and dual-color shapes.

This system ensures high productivity and precise forming, making the machine an ideal solution for confectionery production.


FOUR TYPES OF MACHINES

Stainless steel rollers with spiral grooves and adjustable rotation. The main advantage, however, is their size ø125 cm. Such a diameter allows the rollers to rotate more slowly, preventing dough from getting stuck.

Bearings-based rollers - thanks to this solution, the head does not heat the dough on the sides, as the rollers rotate in sealed stainless steel bearings.

Triple-head solid design, ensuring that the dough moves through the nozzles without contacting flat surfaces, instead following a conical path. Strong and durable stainless steel construction.

Dual-column head lifting system operates on an eccentric mechanism. Requires no lubrication, functions smoothly and reliably – digital height adjustment for different cookie thicknesses.

STAMPING OPTION

This function allows stamping cookies and applying the selected design. It enables the creation of products with additional patterns and eliminates the "tails" effect that appears when cookies are cut with a diaphragm.

Stamps come in two types:

Simple – used for shaping cookies evenly.

Decorative – leaves a precise imprint with a pattern.

Available in metal and Teflon options. The stamping process is carried out using two pneumatic cylinders that ensure the movement of punches. For operation, a connection to a compressed air source (compressor) is required.

Heated Stamps

Stamps can be equipped with a "heating" function,

which, in some recipes, prevents the dough from "sticking" to the stamp.

Guillotine Option

A special pneumatic guillotine station of various lengths and shapes, with or without filling, is used for cookie production. It is equipped with a control system that ensures precise parameter settings. With a high capacity of up to 500 kg/h, this option is perfect for intensive production.

Wire-Cut Option

This option allows you to cut deposited cookies using a thin metal wire, ensuring a precise horizontal dough cut. The set includes an electric drive with a movable comb mechanism, a comb for 8 or 9 rows (depending on the product size), and a set of wires.

The cutting mechanism works with plates, allowing the creation of various pastry shapes. The head can be equipped with a plate for making both single-color and two-color cookies. The shape of the product depends on the nozzles used together with the plates, offering almost unlimited design possibilities. The catalog of standard shapes includes dozens of options, and there is also the possibility of developing and manufacturing unique shapes upon individual request.

Example of Cookie Arrangement Module in Action

Installing the module directly in front of the oven belt allows doubling productivity within the same space. The control panel enables adjustment of both the conveyor set’s tilt angle and its speed.

Thanks to the ability to adjust the speed of the receiving conveyor, the arrangement of products on the belt can be flexibly changed, significantly increasing the oven's production capacity. The conveyors (in this case, 10 units) are equipped with a cleaning module and guides that prevent belt misalignment.
