Description
CREALINE Glazing Machine
The CREALINE machine is designed for even glazing application on products. It allows glazing to be applied fully, only on the top, or only on the bottom. Additionally, it features excess glaze blowing and vibrating mesh table functions to ensure uniform coverage.

As an option, the machine can be equipped with a high-tech ZIG-ZAG decorator module, which expands the possibilities for applying patterns and decorative elements.
A distinctive feature of CREALINE is its two interchangeable working tables – mesh and belt. The design allows for quick table replacement, minimizing downtime. The interchangeable bath ensures easy glaze type switching.

The machine's moving working parts significantly simplify cleaning, minimizing maintenance time while ensuring high productivity.
Modern Control and Automation
The machine is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen panel, featuring a multilingual menu for convenient parameter control. The built-in WiFi module enables remote diagnostics and settings adjustments. All parameters can be saved on an SD card.
Compatibility with Other Systems
CREALINE can operate in combination with chocolate melting kettles and automatic glaze supply systems. The machine can also be connected to CREALINE cooling tunnels to ensure an optimized production process.

Replaceable Table
The machine's design allows quick and easy replacement of the working table. Thanks to a mobile trolley, the operation is significantly simplified. Available options include a mesh table with a shaking function and a belt table. The replaceable tables adjust the machine's function to current needs and greatly simplify cleaning.
Movable Coating Tank
The glazing machine is equipped with a movable tank featuring a water jacket with automatic temperature regulation. Thanks to the tank's ability to slide out from the glazing machine, refilling, glaze replacement, and cleaning have become much easier, significantly reducing downtime.
Bottom Coating
The bottom coating function covers the lower part of the product with glaze. The product is transported on a mesh that dips into the melted glaze. The height of the nozzle is precisely adjustable according to requirements.
Full Product Glazing
The top and bottom glazing function allows the product to be fully coated.
Excess Glaze Removal
A stream of air directed at the product allows for easy removal of excess glaze, ensuring the glaze layer is not too thick. This function also helps create impressive “waves” on the product.
Decorator
The decorating machine can be equipped with a high-tech ZIG ZAG decorator module, offering a wide range of decoration options. This module can also be combined with the glazing function.
