Depending on the length, the oven is divided into sections with or without burners. Each section is equipped with an independent temperature control system and its own heat circulation. Thanks to a well-designed construction, Hasborg ovens quickly reach the required temperature, ensuring economical and efficient operation.

Air circulation in the chamber
In the baking chamber, heated and fresh air circulates, as well as humid air is removed. Optimal distribution of air flows in different zones of the oven ensures high quality of the finished product.
The indirect convection oven is equipped with a gas tubular heat exchanger. The system allows for precise control of temperature, air flow direction (up/down) and air exchange. All parameters are adjusted via the control panel using servo drives. Adjusting the humidity level in the burner chamber helps to increase the service life of the stove.
