Description

Meringue – the true queen of desserts: delicate, airy, beautifully dried, layered with cream or custard, and complemented with fresh fruits – this exquisite dessert always impresses.

Under the names meringue, pavlova, meringue cake hide various variations of sweets, whose common base is whipped egg whites with sugar.

Meringue doesn’t necessarily have to be pure white – it can easily be colored in any shade using food coloring, creating stunning dessert compositions.

Depending on the required production volume, meringues can be made on stationary equipment, which forms the products into the desired shape.

For high-productivity manufacturing (500–1000 kg/hour), we offer industrial versions of machines, which automatically dose the product directly onto the conveyor belt of a tunnel oven.
