Description
A muffin is an extremely popular product of American origin. The production of muffins involves pouring liquid batter based on a leavening agent. The forming head of our machine is divided into two sections. In the first reservoir, we have installed standard rollers for solid and semi-solid dough, while in the second reservoir, we have developed a gear pump-based solution for liquid and semi-liquid fillings. This allows us to fill cookies with liquid fillings such as creams, liqueurs, puddings, and more.
