Two-tone cookies of any shape

Two-colored shortbread cookies, combining two different flavors and colors, are made using an extrusion method through forming nozzles and cut with a thin wire (string), which gave it the name "string cookies".

For two-colored cookies, various patterns can be created – for example, a "chessboard", a two-colored heart, or a floral ornament. The pattern depends on the type of forming nozzle used in production.

This technology allows for the production of flat cookies in various shapes, determined by the set of dosing nozzles. You can use a ready-made catalog of tips or order a custom design developed according to the customer's preferences.

Typically, two-colored cookies do not require additional decoration, as they have an eye-catching appearance. Single-colored cookies, on the other hand, can be coated with chocolate or sprinkled with various toppings – nuts, coconut flakes, poppy seeds, etc.

Depending on the production volume, cookies can be made on stationary equipment that shapes them.
