Description
Popular and delicious candies or chocolate bars, made from solid milk and nut paste. They are known under the names "Mikhalki" or "Mikhashki".
The production process involves forming two strips of paste in different colors, which are then combined. The product is shaped directly in the machine and then cut with a guillotine, allowing the length of the candies to be adjusted according to production needs.
The basic shape of the candies is a rectangular cross-section, but with interchangeable nozzles, other variations can be created. The final touch is coating with real chocolate or chocolate glaze, which adds an exquisite taste and an attractive appearance.
