Combined Sprinkler
The integrated spreader combines a spreading mechanism with five conveyors, where the material circulates in a closed system. The used material is automatically replenished from the hopper without stopping the machine. This ensures continuous operation without the need for maintenance and prevents downtime, increasing production efficiency.
The unit has a modular design, which allows it to be easily adapted to any production line.

Products for sprinkling are fed to the main conveyor (5), which operates synchronously with the entire line. The sprinkling material is fed from the intermediate conveyor (4) from the sprinkling container (3), equipped with a uniform distribution mechanism. The excess sprinkling that did not fall on the product is directed to the lower cross conveyor (6), then to the Z-shaped inclined conveyor (1), and then returns to the hopper using the upper cross conveyor (2), forming a closed loop.
The buffer hopper is equipped with a sieve that prevents lumps from falling onto the conveyors, a vibrating mechanism and a gate valve that releases the powder when the level in the main hopper is low. A sensor in the hopper opens the buffer valve, maintaining the optimal material level.
All conveyors have food-safe polyurethane belts and operate on SEW EURODRIVE gear motors. The machine is connected to compressed air, which drives the powder distribution and hopper opening mechanisms. Control is carried out via a touch panel located on the electrical box. The entire structure of the spreader is made of high-quality stainless steel.
