Cooling tunnel
The Hasborg cooling tunnel is a modern piece of equipment designed to cool confectionery products covered with chocolate or glaze. Cooling is carried out using cold air, which circulates in a closed system of special channels.
The tunnel has a two-zone design with counter-cooling. In the first zone, the warm product, together with the belt, falls under the flow of cold air. After contact with the products, the heated air passes into the second zone, where it is cooled again. This technology significantly increases the efficiency of confectionery production.
