Marshmallow
Marshmallow is a wonderful childhood dessert. Traditionally, marshmallow is prepared on a puree-like base with the addition of sugar and egg whites before cooling. The mixture is then combined with a heated thickener (such as agar or pectin) and whipped until it reaches a sticky consistency that can form peaks. It is then left to dry. While the outer surface becomes firmer and dry, the inside remains fluffy and sticky.
On our machines, marshmallow can be single-colored, two-colored, filled, or glazed (usually with chocolate).
A low-cost product that significantly expands your assortment. Depending on the required production volume, marshmallow can be produced using stationary equipment that shapes the products into a defined form.
For high-production output (500–1000 kg/h), we offer industrial machine versions that automatically dose the product directly onto the conveyor belt of a tunnel oven.
