Maxdrop Universal machine for cookie production
MAXDROP – a universal cookie production machine
MAXDROP is a multifunctional machine with a single hopper, designed for the production of various confectionery products. It works with different types of dough, including shortcrust, choux, meringue, coconut, sponge, and cake dough with fruit pieces. The machine allows depositing biscuits, meringues, gingerbread cookies, coconut cookies, puff pastry tubes, and sponge rolls.
Innovative design and capabilities
MAXDROP is equipped with a sealed head, which allows it to work with both semi-liquid and thick dough. The head contains special stainless steel rollers with milled spiral grooves, the rotation speed of which can be adjusted.
The standard equipment includes a rotating plate with nozzles, allowing precise adjustment of the forming elements' rotation speed. Various types of nozzles are available – plastic or brass, enabling the creation of cookies in a wide variety of unique shapes.
Well-designed feeding and forming system
The machine features a moving table with guides, which is attached to a belt and equipped with a mechanism for adjusting the sheet feeding speed. The table lifting system operates on eccentrics, ensuring smooth operation.
MAXDROP is compatible with sheets sized 600×400 mm and 600×800 mm, making it a versatile solution for confectionery production.
MAXDROP Operating Modes
The MAXDROP machine can operate in two modes: slow and fast.
- Slow mode allows only one person to operate it. The operator feeds a baking tray from the front of the machine, guiding it to the end of the table, from where it returns. Cookie formation takes place during the tray's transport.
- Fast mode requires two operators: one feeds the tray from the back of the machine, and the other collects it from the front. In this mode, the forming process occurs as the tray moves towards the operator.
Flexible Dosing and Shaping Capabilities
MAXDROP is equipped with a dosing mechanism that allows cookie shaping while the tray moves forward and backward. This enables the production of products of different lengths, sizes, and shapes.
Thanks to the table lowering system, the machine can create multi-layered products. The nozzles, working in combination with the table lowering mechanism and the tray movement system, provide unlimited shaping possibilities.
Advanced Control and Remote Service
MAXDROP is equipped with a touchscreen panel with a multilingual interface, allowing users to input parameters, save recipes, and configure settings. The machine supports a WiFi connection with the HASBORG service, enabling remote diagnostics and parameter adjustments. All settings can be stored on an SD card.
Additional Options
To enhance the functionality of MAXDROP, the machine can be equipped with the following modules:
- Wire Cutting – allows cutting cookies of various shapes using a thin metal wire.
- Pump Hopper – designed for working with liquid and semi-liquid dough.
- Choux Pastry Plate – ideal for choux-based products.
- Muffin Plate – specifically designed for muffin production.
These options make MAXDROP a universal solution for producing a wide range of confectionery products.

Two Feeding Modes
-
Fast Mode – requires two operators: one feeds the tray from the back of the machine, while the other collects it from the front. Cookie formation takes place during the tray transfer to the operator.
-
Slow Mode – allows a single person to operate the machine. The tray is fed from the front, moves to the end of the table, and then returns. Cookie formation takes place as it moves towards the operator.
Spreading Option
Choux Peas, Breadsticks
Wire Cutting
This option offers unlimited possibilities in choosing the shapes of the produced products.
Cake Pouring
Two-Tier Cookies
The new Maxdrop has the ability to extrude cookies while simultaneously moving the tray forward and backward, allowing the production of elongated cookies of any size, length, and shape. Lowering the table during extrusion enables the creation of high products with a "multi-layered" structure. Utilizing all possibilities—simultaneous tray movement, nozzle rotation, and table lowering during extrusion—makes the New Maxdrop an instrument with limitless possibilities for cookie production.
