Description
The sandwich machine works by applying a cream mixture to the bottom cookie and covering it with the top one. Gluing is done using a pressing module, which ensures a strong connection and uniform thickness of the product.
The machine has two cookie stores. Cookies from the front magazine are fed onto a conveyor, where they are aligned in an even row and pass under a dosing head for applying cream, jam or other fillings.

The touch panel is simple and easy to use. The panel with a multilingual menu has the ability to make your own settings and save them on an SD card.
The second row of cookies from the tray behind the head is aligned and falls under vacuum suction cups that lift it up. When the bottom cookie with cream reaches the raised top one, pressure is applied and they connect, forming a sandwich. The machine is equipped with a movable LCD panel with an intuitive menu that ensures ease of use. It also allows you to save settings and configurations on an SD card for quick access.
