Shortbread cookies, made using the extrusion method through forming nozzles and cut with a thin wire (string), which is why they are called "string cookies".

This technology allows the production of flat cookies of various shapes, which are determined by the type of forming nozzles. For cookie production, you can use ready-made nozzle options or order a custom design developed according to the customer's preferences.

Finished products can be decorated, coated with chocolate glaze, or sprinkled with various toppings, such as nuts, coconut flakes, poppy seeds, or sugar.

Depending on production volumes, cookies can be made using stationary equipment that shapes them.

For high-productivity production (500–1000 kg/h), we offer industrial machine versions that automatically dispense the dough directly onto the conveyor belt of a tunnel oven.
