Description
The machine is equipped with a three-stage adjustment system, which allows you to adapt the parameters to the type of dough. Each level has a dial with a counter for easy adjustment.
Changing the shape of the cookies is done by replacing the forming roller. One roller can contain several cookie models of the same shape and weight, which allows you to get different products at the same time.
The large diameter roller improves the formation of cookies, allowing you to create even large products. The dough is fed into the hopper, pressed against the roller, after which the formed cookies are moved to the belt and sheet.
The machine has an automatic sheet feed of 600 x 400 mm. Control is carried out via an LCD panel with a multilingual menu and the ability to save settings to an SD card.
Built-in Wi-Fi allows remote diagnostics and settings via a service center. Reliable components ensure trouble-free operation and high performance.
